A 1793 Leeds Half Penny Conder Token! (Specs: D&H #41, Brownbill's halfpenny). The edge reads "Payable at H. Brownbill's Silversmith"

Moe - I was all over the map on this one. Most of your clues were perplexing, the only ones that I could
make sense of were:( I should add, I ignored clues that I was sure of!)
diagonal : probably a strong diagonal design element.
a+b+c+d=20 : the digits in the date.
The motorhead album cover art: somewhere in England.
ocher invoice: that was a laugh - I came up with a guess of the notgeld but then thought maybe your coin was the one pictured on the reverse of the 1863 $20 Gold Certificate. Then I read your rules and you stated it was a coin in your collection and I figured maybe you didn't have a $200,000 item in your collection!
The last clue was the tipping point.
01132637580 divided by 2 leeds to... : I just chopped the number in two parts and a google search led me to a search result featuring "Leeds Halfpenny Estate Agents"

Elementary!
I'm sure I totally buggered the meaning of your clues so I await your explaination.

As to recipient:
I'd like to say that I have not been on this site very long and I know that you'd prefer a budding collector.
I'd like to nominate "coinsrfun" - his insight has been very helpful to quite a few posters. He does not seem to be in the budding collector category but I am sure that in his travels it will eventually go to a deserving collector.
If that pick doesn't work for you then please feel free to pick a worthy recipient.
