steve kuznicki Valued Member Canada 166 Posts	Posted 04/17/2010 5:27 pm This seller has an interesting strategy. This coin has been up for sale on ebay for about 6 months. I believe that he started at $99, then went to $149, $199 and on up to $500 now after sever more changes. I believe that this coin was graded PL64 years ago by ICCS but they came to the conclusion that all 1949s were MS and now no longer grade them PL. They no longer have it in their population report, or at least did not in 2009. Report this Post to the Staff

As to the repricing of this coin - I have done the same thing with used cars and it usually works. Some people really do believe that they get what they pay for.
