Just curious on this one as I see 3 levels of contact. . . I think. . . the dots to the south following the D from bottom left to the right then curving up a little. . . RPM?
A better image would tell more. The problem is that you are making the glare where we need to see. Is there a split on the lower Serif of the mint mark? Is there are raised area on the inside of the Mint mark? You might try having your light source at 12:00 and fall over the mint mark at 6:00. That might show more. IF.. there is a mark on the inside of the mint mark it might be a RPM south. IF.. there is a split on the lower serif of the mint mark it might be a tilted. If the only area affected is below the mint mark then it might be Machine Doubling. So try changing you light source direction. The might be done by rotating the coin. I check again for better images. Thank you.
