I consider the surfaces "stained" but definately not corroded. It has some storage issues during it's life, but there's hardly a hit on this coin. I wish I could see the luster, it looks like it has some. Any TGP will discount this coin due to the staining, maybe as far as 62/63 even....but for me.... MS-64 RB Lincoln Cent Lover!
