wd1040 Pillar of the Community United States 3098 Posts	Posted 05/13/2010 2:54 pm I think it was changed after printing. Someone probably put a bit of dissolvant on the FRB seal and folded it over. If it was an actual wet ink transfer, it would have the FRB seal on the reverse. Report this Post to the Staff

Ceylon62 Pillar of the Community United States 1285 Posts	Posted 05/14/2010 06:57 am Eagle, Does your note smell any different than regular currency? On the left side of your note I see what appears to be some sort of a brown spot where the solvent was used. Also does your note feel / texture different than others and have anything going on the reverse side of the tampering? I am serious about this - Based on my DD - Tampered notes give out an odor. You can't see it well in the picture, but both sides have a brownish square where the black seal and reverse image are, so it was intentional. Thanks for the info everyone.
