Honestly, I don't see much of a haze on that coin. Try a new picture.

Thanks BadThad , even if mine don't win the contest, I would be glad to send them to you for testing in the event these DO win, i'd still send them to you if you would rather carry out the test since I'm very new and inexperienced in any type conservation of coins,plus your photography skills are MUCH better than mine

How about a 1939 Doubled Die Reverse Jefferson nickel? Found this one roll searching and he has clearly been in the ground...might be too far gone for any reasonable progress to be made.    Even has a little ugly green on the reverse. I've got a 56-D at home I need to photograph for you for the new changed requirements also.

I probably have a few you could try this product on. Let me put up this 1809 Half Cent: (BadThad, please let me know if this coin is too corroded. I'll submit another.)
