some time ago I took some photo's of this one, they didn't turn out to good, I've me a piece of would, I know what to do with it, the camera I'm still working on it....grade opinions please

Due to the damage on the cheek and wear on the obverse I'm going to say EF-40

If it didn't have the nasty marks next to the lips I would say AU because of other details. Is that original luster at 1 o clock? I'll say EF 45
