My nan gave it to me along with a full jar of coins and said her mother gave them to her. I have more coins and I need advice on them. This is my first post on any forum. That will make a difference! Then I should warn you that coins stored in jar sound like ones that have just been picked out of change. Generally the coins in such 'collections' are quite worn and not worth a great deal. However if you can post a photo (of both sides - you might need to put each side in separate posts if they are too big) that would help everyone give you much better advice.
