I like the fact the Philippines have their heroes on their coins. When I got to active collecting in high school the first people I was inspired to research were Jose Rizal and Melchora Aquino. It was my first Philipino coin, I got it when I was in high school, for a while it was my largest coin. And it was my first "exotic" one. It still has a special place in my collection.
