Scooby Due Pillar of the Community United States 4000 Posts	Posted 07/29/2010 6:23 pm That looks like a Type I. The type II is a lot clearer than the other. That same mintmark on a '79-S is a Type II - LOL! It was introduced later in the year of '79 and became the Type I for 81. Both mintmarks look inverted, just one clearer than the other.
