_ I have a question about your estimates of silver nickels etc. I understand how you get the obsolescence numbers, but I don't understand how you translate that to the total number of coins.

It seems like you are assuming that all of the post-1960 nickels are still circulating. Imagine if there were only 2 million nickels circulating total. Couldn't you still get the same percent of the various groups? Or am I missing a step here?

Regardless, I look forward to these updates and thanks for taking the time to make them.

I have a question. I read the post on obsolescence and noticed you were comparing number of nickels minted prior to 1960 with those minted after 1960. You started the project 2 years ago. Did you update everything to account for the roughly 2 billion newly minted nickels that entered circulation since you started?
