I'm not sure how many of you have received your 2010 proof and uncirculated sets to date but is the quality going down? I had some issues with spotted proofs last year but not like this.

I think this quarter slab may have been opened and returned before it was sent to me based on the position of the quarters. What do you think?

The uncirculated sets seem to have a lot of bag marks on them especially with the Denver Mint Dollars. I'm not sure that's justification for a return.

For those who have returned sets what has your experience been? Anybody get the Mint to reimburse you for the return postage? Did you get a much better product than you returned?

My Franklin Pierce looks just like that ... water marks or something. I order two sets of Proofs ... one to keep the other to crack open ... of the 2, only 1 is below average ... and it's just the $1 Prez Coins that look bad ... especially the Pierce. It has what looks like liquid marks ... very simular to the one you pictured above ...

I returned 2 Proof Sets and 1 Mint Set today. I hope what comes back is much better.
