96...54...20...8
87...56...30...5

96 - 54 = 42 54 - 20 = 34 42 - 34 = 8

87 - 56 = 31 56 - 30 = 26 31 - 26 = 5

I might need a day or so for the next puzzle. I just got a bad call about my mom in the hospital and won't be near a computer to check answers. I'll try to check in and see how you guys are doing, but until I'm back in a position to monitor the challenge - it is on hold. Prayers needed.

OK guys. Gotta think about something else for a few hours. Hopefully, someone solves this before I leave work tonight.

For 2 Scooby Snacks:
What are the respective faces and suits of the cards, from top to bottom, given:
a. The King is not the top card, but is closer to the top than the Ace or Jack.
b. The heart is above the club.
c. The King is not a heart, nor is it a club.
d. The Ace is neither a spade nor a diamond.
e. The diamond is below the club.

Assuming that the unnamed 4th card is a queen...
The cards from top to bottom are

Q hearts
K spades
A clubs
J diamonds.

Nice! I guess that was easier than I gave it credit for.

I guess it was a little vague about the Queen!

2 Scooby Snacks to nod2003!

We have time for one more!

This one shouldn't be too terribly hard either:

For 2 Scooby Snacks:
Six ordinary drinking glasses are standing in a row. The first three are empty and the next 3 are full of water. By handling and moving only one glass, change the arrangement so that no empty glass is next to another empty glass, and no full glass is next to another full glass.

I had gotten the same answer for the cards question but I was too late. You caught me off guard, I was back working on that cryptoquote. That's one for you Scooby, come help us out with that one.
