Good luck unnkown, I have dishes and house cleaning to do before my wife gets home or this'll be the last puzzle I get to do. :)
{Seriously, she is a sweet woman and is very understanding, and yes, I'm typing this in case she decides to read it. She has a good sense of humor too}

oh rikcando, don't worry about me solving this lol. I already tried and failed. It seems harder than a regular cryptoquote even though its so small.

It being small is why it is difficult. You don't have the one and two letter words to key on, but don't give up!

I am guessing that 'tails from the crypto' has a double meaning. The answer has something to with the reverse of a coin, likely a US coin. I wish I knew them well enough; American soins that is..

That first word could have been CHOP as well, but it still doesn't make much sense. Good try though.

 I was wondering how many "solutions" could be had with this one! I promise the answer makes sense! Hmmm. Was that a clue? Should I take away another Scooby Snack? Naaah.

Nah, a clue would have been that 'it makes cents'.

This is kind of like putting a jigsaw puzzle together by using a hammer to pound the pieces in, whether they want to fit right or not.
