VF25 should be no problem. I"ll say VF-30. Looks like some environmental damage on the obverse as though something was spilled on it.

I think it is a +VF-30 on the back well preserved

This coin actually would grade EF-40 by details but the environmental damage which is obvious on the obverse actually renders the coin ungradeable by the standards which are in play today.
