Here's one that might have been rejected for it's size (25mm) or it's high relief (which would have made stacking difficult). yarm Report this Post to the Staff

By 1856, only small sized PE cents were under consideration. This one was purchased as Judd-165b (bronze), but is actually copper. Report this Post to the Staff
