Help me out here, was there an UNC set minted in 1942 by the Philadelphia mint? I know they minted a Philadelphia Mint Set in other years the DOT did not officially issue a mint set.

Mint Sets were not issued until 1947, someone just put that set together with a Capital holder.

there was a Proof set issued in '42, and then not again until '50 by my price guide
