Found this RPM this afternoon roll searching.

Too bad that it's been damaged

I'm thinking it's the 1956D 1MM -001, but no die markers match from coppercoins.com for a MDS or LDS that I can find.

It's definitely an rpm, but what does the date look like?

Well, at least it's not a 1909S VDB cent damaged like that.

Actually this RPM is rather common if you just look around for it. I've found a couple dozen of them over the years.
