Looks a bit better than VF20 to me. I think VF25 would fair with VF30 being a touch on the liberal side.

Given a good overall appearance and eye appeal of this piece I'd grade it VF+

I would say VF-25, but a very nice example for the grade. If the ear was a little bit better, I would give it a VF-30.
