Perhaps this is a good omen :) I've narrowed this down to a short list of attributions. If you could take more direct shots directly over the obverse and reverse [sides], I'm rather confident I can attribute this specimen. (The present angle is slightly throwing off the proportions of the devices and mottos.) Report this Post to the Staff

That's not a specific attribution. The Red Book doesn't really provide any guidance for attributions.
