Nice coin! What's the best marker for the NSF. Is it the shape of the I in DEI? Pretty new to the Canadian varieties...thanks!

thanks :)
I'll probably never going to find anything like that ever, but that won't stop me from trying.
I'm not sure what I will do with it, especially since I can't estimate it's value.

-- -didou- There are many auction houses that you can talk to and ask about it's value. --- From my research, here's one, The Canadian Numismatic Co. which I dealt with ironically regarding a 1954 (NSF) nickel I once owned, not so long ago. So I can relate to the question of not knowing with a rare coin. ---Ask for Marc see what he says! I found him fair, he will give you an idea of it's value for sale or at Auction. Ask him, if you are inclined or curious? ---You can mention the recent (NSF)nickel, as an ice breaker, he will know who referred you. ( *There's nothing in it for me!) ---Looks like CCCS (Louis) did you right! I'm glad of that, he gave you a a fair grade and was quick. ---Take your time and be patient, is my best advice and don't stop looking for more finds! --- Its the hunt that is fun, the find is the reward!---I wish you the best of luck! ---The 1954(NSF) penny is a rare coin especially outside of PL Set's! Again

Congratulations, keep us posted if you sell it.
Aside-
After seeing the bulletproof packaging of other TPGs, this looks like a ziplock in a flip. Doesn't look like it would take much to fake.

Ouch! -Biggfredd- That's the way they look If you have one from CCCS you would see it's no better or worse than the others in a flip! ---IMO and if tampered, one would likely be able to see that!

I call the auction house and got a very unprofessional answer, I'm not feeling confortable at all with them so I put it on ebay and see where it goes http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...RK:MESELX:ITItem # 220777911260If it goes over the reserve i'll sell it right there. If it don't I will at least have a idea on how it may worth.

Well...I guess I won it..:)...I'll add it to my collection of rarities...although trends is $700 for MS-60...the situation here is somewhat unique, as no prices are listed for circulated 1954 NSFs...so for me it was worth the premium :). Congratulations on the find.
