Dear Sir Investigator,

You seem EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE in the area of grading companies. Have you seen or heard of the following companies (I see on ebay and yahoo auctions):

International Numismatic Bureau (INB) of St Paul, MN
United Numismatic Company (UNC) of Alabama

I was curious about if they were authentic or just another fake. Since I am collecting more for investment then hobby, I shall have all of their coins regraded by NGC or PCGS. Also, buy only certified coins by NGC or PCGS. I thought the chinese had the market on fakes, I can see that is not the case!!!

Keep up the good work!!!

GOD Bless

Re: INB 'certifications'

THE #1 seller of INB 'certifieds' on ebay is numismaticbureau. This sellers' name history includes:

numismaticbureau Aug-20-04 Present
antiquitybureau Jul-05-00 Aug-20-04

I have been unable to obtain information about the INB slabbing entity. In my opinion, the similarities of names INB and numismaticbureau does raise an independence issue!!

----------------------------------------------------------------------UNC and INB could they be connected at the hip?

(lace*n*more) Big seller of INB slabs as well as UNC slabs.

If you look at lace*n*mores pictures you will see that they are posted by ALS Bargain Place ! Guess it must not be a bargain if he doesn't want anyone knowing he his selling these slabs. He doesn't have any listed on his site for some odd reason. If not the one doing the slabbing.
