Oh yeah, It's IGS, one of the most premeir TPG's out there! Cert#5180366 Blows PCGS out of the water :-) I bought this and the dealer gave me a second one free! So, $2 for both. Thought that was an okay deal. The other one is a 1937-D and the "slab" says 1938 swcoin.ecrater.com

Actually, there not as liberal as SGS so no, this is not MS70! This would grade MS70+ with their own CAC type sticker for exceptional eye appeal.
