Hi,

I mostly collect coins. My local coin shop takes in bulk collections and pays twentyfive percent over face value for Bills.

I recently picked up three series 1957b Silver Certificates in Crisp Uncirculated condition for 2 dollars a piece. Additionally they were in sequential order.

So, two questions. One is two dollars a good price to pay for a fair common Silver Cert. from 1957 ( Non star). And second; does having them in sequential order add any value as a set?

Oh, and lastly he has a number of series 1928 red note 2 dollar bills, non star, for 3 to 5 dollars a piece. Five dollars for a bill in about uncirculated condition with no fold marks.

Thanks

First of all ....

Two dollars apiece for UNC Silvers .... can't really go wrong with that.
Can't say if the 3 sequential notes add any value, but it's always nice to have.

I mainly collect star notes but I will pay a small premium for sequential numbered notes.

I think the older the notes are the more valuable they will be in sequential numbers. I keep every note I get in change that have sequential numbers myself and I would definitely pay $2 a piece for silver certs in sequential numbers especially if they were UNC. I am not a big note collector but I do keep certain things like star notes and sequential number notes I come across

The B series is the key series in 1928 $2 notes, they go between $100 and $200 in XF condition. Other 1928 series go for substantially less, under $20 in really nice condition so if you can get them AU for $5 pick me up a few.

Hello, I have seen 50 United States Quarters Dollar Bills (Companion Set) on e-bay. The bills look attractive. I have attached an image of one of the bill. The price the seller is asking for all 50 states and Puerto Rico bill(Total 51 bills) is $16[$14+$2(S&H)]. Is this the good price? Do these make good collection?
Thank you.

Your kidding right, there not real, not US or any body else's currency.
I guess if you like such things buy them, but there nothing more than made up paper novelty items.
