There are some beautiful coins produced by the US mints...I also love the SLQ Standing Liberty quarters and the ST gauden's to rich for my blood....I like the Morgans from my childhood experiences....When I held them in my hand!...That was a lot of candy back then

Morgans fascinate me
They fascinate me too. They have since I was a young teenager. I look at these as life long friends.

If we can help you, let us know. All questions welcome. Geaux rlcbj59 ""Laissez Le Bon Temps Roulet"" *

I find the friends you make in this hobby more enduring and satisfying than the Morgan dollars and I love the Morgan dollars.

These lovely beauties have been for me a life long love affair. Having said that, we are in the final analysis only caretakers for a brief while.

This is the (somewhat) strange and fulfilling aspect of the Internet - I'm at the Jersey Shore, Gene is in Montana, Ozland is...somewhere, and so are you, Lee. Yet, we're here, in almost real-time, bound by a common love which would make us all regular company if we lived closer together. This is a transformational period in our society, and in one sense we are at exactly the cutting edge of it.

Even as old as we all are.

I just enjoy face to face conversation from time to time with people that have the same Passion as I. I can talk the ear off a mule on a subject such as this.

Despite our ages, we still share a common goal...in sharing what knowledge we know on the subject....
