However, I can not reach to Slav for about two weeks. I've sent him numerous e-mails and PM's. I don't know why that is happening, as he seems to be active on other threads. I have no idea and very confused at the moment.
However, I'll be making the draw based on the names I've got above within a week or so. Don't want to disappoint anyone. Why Slav is not responding, yet writing on other threads is beyond my understanding at the moment.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

A number of refrigerator magnets from me went to svlav. The one in the package from Metalman was one that I missed when I was packing up magnets to send to svlav, ironically.

I sent a large package of magnet to slav quite some time ago.
Have you received them? I have heard nothing.

Good luck with that. His last post seems to coincide with the email I sent him about the payment for some coins I sent him over a month ago, and still I have not received my coins and he will not answer any of my emails.

Guys, I have to say I do not know Slav personally. I've traded with him once, and he has bought some of the stuff, some coins and a binder that I sold. He's a very professional, helpful and a nice person as much as I've known him online (and as much as people can be known online, I'd say). I don't think he's the kind of person who would just disappear (after all, why should he do that?). At the moment, either two comes to my mind : 1-) He might be having a problem with his Internet connection and/or computer, 2-) He might be having a personal problem. I hope it's not the latter. I hope sooner or later he would let me know what might be going on. However, as timing was essential, I am feeling very sorry as my first giveaway/project or whatever you would want to name it, went the way I didn't quite wanted. :-(
North American contestants, thank you very much for participating. When I set a North American collection point, I was just trying to help participants, reduce the mailing costs. Mailing domestically was much cheaper than mailing internationally. This was my only purpose on setting a collection point. I also was going to pay the shipping cost from the States to here (as I've defined on the first page) so that no one would lose any unnecessary amount on postage.
At the moment, I don't want any replacement magnets from any of the participants (thank you very much for the offer Specksnyder) . I would feel absolutely terrible if I make you go and buy the same stuff twice. The participants did what they have to, thus, there is no need for an extra purchase/mailing expense. For all whose magnets are somehow struck at Slav (which is the majority of participants) I am considering you "receieved" as there is very little you can do about it and I believe Slav will eventually turn up and let us all know what happened. I am just hoping there is nothing bad. ,
I also thank you all, the participants, for taking extra time and $$ to participate. I'll be happy to make a draw based on my list below. I've made some new friends in this small contest, and I am happy to do it so.
The magnets was a part of a set of gifts I was going to give to my missus for our first anniversary. She has about 100 magnets, mostly from places which we have visited together. As an avid coin collector, I'd love my wife to be a part of the collecting world and coins (specially ones she can't spend) are a little interest of her. In the near future, I am sure I'll find a way to get those magnets you mailed to Iowa.
So, as of 1st March 2011, I officially finish the gathering of magnets, thank again to the participants all around the world (Canada, US, Australia and UK! Wow..) and prepare the list for the drawing of prizes. Everyone whose name is below the list will receive some coins from me (Mostly Turkey, if you have any other preference, please let me know) so I need individual addresses of people to mail them after the draw.
I'll also offer a couple of other prize-alternatives for the winner of the draw and will let him choose from everything I'll offer, or get the Obama coin. :) Hope this'll be interesting too.
I've added every name below. If, by chance, I left anyone out, they should let me know. I've put a star (*) next to the names, that means I have their magnets with me at the moment. There is one name, SDcoinguy, who emailed me sometime ago that if the contest is still available, and I said yes and emailed him back with instructions. I need to hear from him if he mailed the magnet or not.

Guys, once more thank you very much for participating to my stupid little contest. I am still glad that I did it even though Slav kinda left me in the middle of it. It gave me the opportunity to get to know many different people in the forum. I was going to stuck them all to our fridge in the kitchen and take photos to post here, but I assume this is going to wait for a while.
I'll keep you updated

Still waiting for a reply from Slav, as he seems to have disappeared completely. No matter what, I'll be making the draw this week, sometime around Thursday. Anyone has any connections with Slav or have any idea where might he be?

OK here we go.. These are the definite participants:
jgfindring Pls Specksnyder tornandfrayed75 Svslav Wolf-n-wa Metalman Upstate Rickando Agosos Alganbagerap
The names were put inside a small bowl, each written on a piece of yellow paper and the draw was made by my sister after breakfast this morning (remember, I'm in GMT + 2 so most of you guys are sleeping back then)
The first name, the winner of the Obama silver coin is :
tornandfrayed75
Congrats on winning mate! Your name is out of the bowl for the #1 Prize. Now I need your address.
The second name, winner for a second prize, still as interesting as the first one:
Agosos
Cheers! I need your address as well.
I made a third draw for something fancy too. That name is :
Rickando
Cool I say. I also would LOVE to mail everyone sample coins for taking their time to entering my contest. I've got a cheese box full of coins that need new homes. So, I need everyone's addresses to mail them nice coins and stuff. While sending your address, please let me know if you prefer : a-) coins b-) paper money c-) magnets from Istanbul (why not?) d-) Anything you want.
I thank everyone for entering my first contest. The magnets from the States aren't still here but as soon as they got here, I'll post the pictures as I have given the ones I already have to my wife, she loved them and it made her day. The Betty Boop magnet Metalman sent and the Melbourne magnet that Agosos sent was her favourites so far. She also loved the rustic house magnet that Alganbagerap has sent. You can't believe as she was happy like a child when she saw magnets around the world. Thanks for that fellas.
PM me your addresses. The Fridge Magnets is over.:)
