Hi everyone. I wasn't sure if I should post here or in the ID Coins section, but I see others posted here. Sorry if you need to move it.

Anyway, what are these? Are they local or regional issues? Are they practice teller notes? I've heard of them, but have never seen pictures.

Yup - practice teller notes.

Most teller notes have the issuing commercial bank (I've seen China Construction) but a few of the newer ones are issued by the People's Bank of China.
