Can't judge the luster from these scans but it should be a 63 at least if there are no luster breaks. Could be higher or lower in hand.

although this series is noted for its soft struck details
...this coin show obvious signs of wear on both obv(hair) and rev(feathers)
there is also some pitting and dings visible(nose and eagle body)
net grade: EF-45 value $400 range....enjoy!

At first glance I think MS-63 but need better photos to confirm this coin has luster. If not, somewhere in the AU range.

It may just be the photos, but it looks circulated to me. I would say AU50.

These 1928 dollars to be very weakly struck it is somewhat unusual to find one with this much detail often the feathers and hair detail are missing. hence some weakness in those areas is super common on MS examples.

Definitely not MS. I'd say AU-50. Very pretty coin!
