I disagree that dumping into the machine is a violation. I go to TD bank and they could care less. If I had to return the coins to the teller, either rolled or unrolled, that is a violation. I think the machine is fair game.

I had asked my dump bank what happens to the coins from the lobby counting machine. she told me they are sent to the Richmond reserve and the coins they order come from Hotlanta. they have 2 different subcontractors for the coins ordered and then one for coin counter itself so I do buy from my dump bank but not all the time. The OP asked about low budget I end up picking up rolls from the gas station/grocery store /drug store or anywhere I get over 50 cents for change I just ask for a roll of pennies instead of 2 quarters I may not have the volume but it keeps me looking matter of fact my roll of 2009 LP1s came from Wendys

That is smart YOTIE I think I will try that. But I will be sure not to dump them back at the gas station.
