Congrats Pennyman and Upstate, nice round. Tks JBuck for another fun season.
JBuck you mentioned rule changes for next season. Might I suggest changing to only bought coins and no auctions. This way it makes it fair game to all guessers. You can have a fixed competition time for each round. Less communication and burden for you. Gives members a good indication of what others think they should have paid for the coin they purchased. etc, etc.

Nice job, all. I had fun and learned a few things. Who can ask for anything more than that?

I dis agree with that rule change because of what Jbuck said. Some people can't take pics, and I know some collectors that don't buy often.

Yes that is right, it will make it difficult for some members. Then I suggest If it ain't broken, it doesn't needs fixing . The game is great the way it is.

Here is my idea... I need ten volunteers to post a coin that they have purchased, one for each round. Each person can only volunteer one coin per season. The volunteers will receive 20 points for the round their coin is used. These coins must be owned by the volunteer and should not be from a recent ebay or CCF sale/auction (to prevent completed sales searches). The round winners can participate in each round (that it, it is no longer necessary for winners to host the following round). In theory, a person can then get 200 points by winning every round or winning nine and providing the coin for one. In order to do this, I need at least nine volunteers. I am not sure about the final round yet (whether I will host or not). Discussion is now open...

will volunteer post a picture of a coin in my collection, but be warned it won't be a high ticket item . I just ask that it is not the first round, so I have time to get the picture.
