Picked up a half dozen F.U.N. stamped elongated cents from the show this weekend.

I would like to give these away to the hardcore elongated cent collectors.

Tell me how many elongated cents you have in your collection, or better yet, show me.

Then tell me why you want one of these in your collection.

Please don't ask me to send you one just because you want one and make me feel bad. I want these to go to people who already have an elongated cent collection.

If there are any left over after that, I will toss them up for grabs.

First off, I'm trying to scan these, but I have a new scanner and am having trouble.

I have about 15 elongated cents and 3 elongated quarters. I get them when ever I can when I go out of town. I like them because they hold good memories. A cent from F.U.N. would mean a lot to me since I was unable to go.

Thanks for the chance!

You got one brother! A pic would just be bonus, you know how we are.

I'm trippin' to the P.O. tomorrow. PM me your addy and it will be on it's way!

Do collectors of these just collect anything and everything? Or do they try to put together year sets? Probably a silly question.

I'm not sure if a year set would be possible.

Thanks!

Hi all!

I found one of my elongated coins. It's from Boston. I'm not sure where I put my other two. I have one from the Childrens Museum in Indy, and another from ? (got at a Labor days sale two years ago).

It's funny cause I was just on Collectons.com and saw that they had the 2x2 holders for elongated coins! Didn't know that they made them until about an hour ago!

Really like the 74s, It's my birth year. (hint hint)

Bryan, my friend has a sailboat on Leech lake in Walker, MN. Once I took my whole family sailing there. It was kinda stormy, I'm afraid my kids are done sailing for the rest of their life!

Scooby, please let me know when you give away elongated kwachas!

Hey, I just noticed Cape Hatteras lighthouse. Climbed to the top last summer. My boys got junior ranger badges there but we didn't see a "deface your coin" machines!

Above 3 packages are on the way kids!

3 left! No more elongated cent collectors?

I also picked up a token stamped F.U.N. on one side and on the other almost looks like an ancient greek or roman design. I'll get a pic up tonight when I get home after work. I didn't know that these type of tokens existed. Anybody interested? Gotta convince me to send it to you though.
