Cert Of Auth & Orig Box Sent To TPG Or Not?

basicbob101 Pillar of the Community United States 819 Posts	Posted 03/09/2011 12:52 pm When submitting a modern US mint coin to a TPG do you send the original packaging materials (box, cert of auth) along with the coin or just the coin? If sent in, does the TPG return them with the coin? What happens to the surplus boxs, cert of auth from graded coins that are now in slabs? Thanksz for the answers, bob Report this Post to the Staff

I know NGC will accept coins in mint packaging though. I highly doubt they would want any COA or other documentation unless to prove some sort rare/new variety or some other certification such as "shipwreck" status. Report this Post to the Staff
