Found this one in the box. Not sure if it's PMD or something else. First off, it's a 1964, so it has had plenty of circulation to smooth out a ding (or three), and it does appear to have been dinged next to the MM at one time.
It appears that it is a die that is starting to show chipping near the edge of the die. The area near the mint mark is getting real wide in that area. I would think this die is getting ready to for a Cud in that area. Just hasn't popped loose yet. I would set this one aside to see if later examples can be found with this happening of coins from the same die.
