I think that errors called off-center, (correct me if I'm wrong guys)
Because so much of the coin is missing, I would estimate they are not very common at all.
Again, I dont know much about error coins as much as some people here who will help you out!

It is struck off center 90 to 95%. You can find this type of error on ebay there fairly common.

Nice find. They are fairly uncommon. I've seen them a shops for $2-$15. I think they are more desirable if you can see the date.
