I have six 2006 Silver Dollar Commems graded by ICG.

Three are PR70 and three are MS70. They all look perfect to me, but I know nothing about grading.

If I put them on ebay, should I expect people to accept the ICG grade, or is ICG known for overgrading?

ICG is known for being generous on moderns but they should still bring a premium over melt value. Without seeing them we could only guess at a value of say $50 or so each.

MS 70s are a croc from any TPG. From unheard of a few years back to very common now. In any case, the modern bullion coins SHOULD be perfect given modern minting techniques. Just another money grab-IMHO.

My experience with these is that you get NGC or PCGS 69 for ICG 70. Sold a few pieces and have a few left for modern gold and that seems to be what I'm getting for ebay right now.

ICG has Randy Campbell and Skip Fazzari as the Senior Grader and Numismatist. They are located in Tampa, FL and tend to grade more in favor
of the collector. They are a good firm and solid names to back the company. They charge a flat fee of $9.00 for any coin to be graded
and slabbed. I wouldn't hesitate to buy an ICG coin if in my opinion the coin matched the grade. Quite often ICG will be a grade higher
on more collectable type coins if the coin is borderline. NGC has come out with the "+" grade denoting borderline, ICG will assign
the next grade up.

I agree. living in the Tampa Bay area, Randy Campbell and Skip Fazzari are at many of the local shows. I actually find them to be the most consistent with ANA standards of grading. They are very approachable and easy to talk to.
As above, ICG will charge $9 if at a show and that is economy which is about a 3 week turnover. I have actually let my ngc and pcgs memberships expire because ICG is so collector friendly. I actually find their grading the most consistent, at least for classic coinage which is what I collect. The ICG holder however will not bring the premium that PCGS and NGC holders will. However if you collect the coin and not the holder I am sure you'll find ICG quite comparable.

Back when ICG started they became known for giving out a lot of 70's, many of them undeserved. (not as bad as SGS, but we didn't have SGS back then so ICg was picked on the same way SGS is today.) After a little while they tightened up on their grading considerably and all those 70's disappeared but by that time the damage was done and ICG has been having to prove themselves ever since. Until recently though they still tended to award 70's to moderns more frequently than any of the other major services.
