These European coppers are common.
I collected them by date and mint when I was a teenager,
because they were cool looking, they fit perfectly in a Whitman penny folder,
and best of all, they were cheap, three for a dime at the local coin shop.

Lol, well at least we got spring time now so it's aroun 15-20 degrees, so I wouldn't say all the time (if you're not in the northern parts though, lol!
