I don't know how the damage factors in, but I'd say EF40.

EF details, damaged. The damage will likely reduce it to F-12 type value.

AU details, not much wear on corn kernels which often are the first place to wear.

I agree with ShadowCreator, AU details. Damage will likely cut it's value in half.
