I tell you it was quite difficult, but fun none the less, of course the ground was hard and I spent 20 min in the dark, but thats because I didn't want to stop digging :) take was 8 pennies, 6 bottle caps, electrical cord plastic cover and a big metal tent peg? ( the head was 8 inches in the ground..wonder how it got that far! ) Report this Post to the Staff

You would not believe the amount of coins and jewelry (gold and silver rings etc.) that they have found. Just imaging the thrill of finding an 18 k 1 carat diamond ring etc. I personally would love to do what you are doing but just don't have the time. Oh, and the reason it was so deep is because you really had to drive them in if you wanted them to actually hold up the tent; especially if its sandy loam. Report this Post to the Staff
