You would probably turn him over to the postal inspectors. It IS a federal crime to sell counterfeit money in the U.S.

In fact, I would turn him over AFTER he refunds the money.....

Or, contact your local PD. Bet they would make a courtesy call to the dealer and advise him where he stands right now.

....as in...felony!!
