Looks AU53. It looks good to me but as a $1,000 coin - authentication is desired.

I was thinking EF-45 based on the slight but obvious wear on Liberty's head, breast, and right thigh. The reverse looks solid AU-50 or better. To make AU overall it should have a fair amount of remaining luster but I don't see any in these images.

Certainly looks genuine, original, and appealing to me!

I think it deserves a straight PQ AU-50 grade. The TPGs seems to be more lenient on remaining luster for this series in the AU grades.

I would estimate XF-45. There's seems to be just a little too much wear on the obverse to make AU but good luck if you send it in!
