With the new pic, I think I'll have to revise my opinion to MS64RB.
Very nice looking coin!

The new pic does help, I don't know if I'm totally convinced on a MS64 grade, but it looks better. Coins like this need to be graded in hand, especially when you get to higher MS grades. The only issue there may be with this is that the color may have been altered. The second pic makes the coin appear more orange than before. That coupled with the look of the obverse would make me a little cautious that the colored was altered at some point. I'm not saying it was, but its something to possible look into. I had a 1902 IHC that was MS63/64 and looked remarkably similar to this one as far as the obverse goes. That came back as altered color from NGC.
