To the club. PCGS #1 now on my "you know what" list.
Bad economy = lets take their money and send them back nothing. Any coin that is naturally toned or looks great that is dated 1940 or earlier is now officially cleaned, damaged
or off color. Hey, not blaming the guys in the trenches at pcgs or ngc they work hard and are just doing what the bosses
tell them to do. My opinion, if you are a serious collector
and not a dealer or reseller etc.) buy the coin not the slab.

Yeah, maybe in 1917 it accidently fell into a bucket
of water or a glass of sarsparilla. Betcha if it had a "D"
