Haha but it's such a fun game, Eddie. And I was responding to Jaobler's Quote: "I know for a fact that this one was artificially toned on the obverse. I wonder if it might be "good" enough to pass as natural toning?"

Oh, I know. LOL. I guess everybody's big thing is they despise the thought of having been made a fool of by some slick "coin doctor." I guess my big thing is I despise the thought of having been made a fool of by some slick "expert" or TPG whom I know can't even rationally define what they mean by "AT" much less for that matter "coin doctor" but that rather rely on that elevated status to ensure that everybody believes they can and blindly trusts in their pretentious judgment to act as judge, jury and executioner over our collecting habits as regards tarnished coins. That's what I hate. In one word, I think they're full of themselves. Well, three words! OK, let's see some more of these, gang; I know they're out there!

Here's a 64 I was saving to show... In hand the fingerprint isn't even that visible. Near the edges the letters begin to bleed a deep red then fade to yellowish green.

Quote: Sorry for the double entry. Larry, you can delete the second one, it's one of those little icons running along the top of the reply (just hold your mouse pointer over them one at a time for the names to come up and you'll find the one). Nice rainbow colors trying to form on some of these latest ones, guys; keep 'em comin'!

Thanks! Everything in that roll was toned but that one has such a interesting color. Sadly most of the coins from that roll are really tarnished (Although after sorting through the two 20 rolls I bought , I discovered one was really a 90% half even though both rolls were supposed to be only 40%s)

This 1964-D turned up at a bank last week. Choice AU grade with natural toning, at the right price of $0.50.

Eddie, a little off topic, but is there any chance you'd part with your 66? : D
