Indian native state copper 'dump' coin, most probably 19th century. I was in Bombay (now Mumbai) in 1970, and I bought five of these for a dollar. I still have them. I have never been able to identify which native state, because I don't know any body who can translate the script for me, but I am sure someone in the CCF can.
I bought mine near the famous Gateway to India Monument, where King George V first set foot on Indian soil in the 1930's, during a Royal visit. The recent terrorist attack a couple of years ago, also happened at a hotel near here.
