Oh! I didn't realize Horton was out for the remainder, if I can change, I will say that the winner will get scored by

Luongo is about to be in full melt down. I actually placed a wager last night with a friend (who is a booky) that Boston would win the next two games. That hit changed everything, Boston rallied around a fallen teammate and played a perfect game 3, and no one ripped Luongo about giving up 8 goals because that kinda thing has happened in sports when teams rally around a fallen teammate... but Luongo is so mentally soft he let it get to him. Instead of shruggin it off and actually playing a good game in game 4. Would the Canucks have won game 4? Probably not because Tim Thomas was unbelievable but they would have been in the game, and not losing confidence

nod2003, Krejci it is.
rkrj, bold move. In my opinion, if Boston can win the series it will take 7 games.

Man, ever since I called a sweep, the mighty mo has swung....
Actually, like rkrj said, after that hit from Rome on Horton, the Bruins have woken up. Just a shame it takes one of their best going down to wake them up....
The Canucks have been blowing series leads all playoffs as another wise poster mentioned when he listed all the long series lately and it sure does not hurt the NHL and the local rinks extra profits during a long 6 or 7 game series....
With all that being said, I am two games away from a possible cup for the Bruins, something I dare not even dream of, something I often wonder if I will see in my lifetime, and don't wanna jinx it, so I will pick....
Canucks 3 Boston 2 Burrows for game 5....
However, if Tim Thomas keeps playing like Patrick Roy, Terry Sawchuk, Martin Broduer, Dominik Hasek, Johnny Bower, Ken Dryden, and Vladislav Tretiak combined, and the Bruins just stay out of his way, I think the Canucks are in big trouble....
Nothing dominates a game in any sport like a red hot goalie, and Tim Thomas has only let in 5 goals in 4 games, amazing. I have never had a 1.25 G.A.A. for any extended time, near impossible to maintain that level of play....

At his point in the series Thomas has to be the front runner for the Conn Smyth. Discuss.

If the Bruins win Tim Thomas is the Conn Smyth regardless. If the Canucks win in 6 it is going to be Kessler, not what he has done in the finals but what he has done throughout, they wouldn't have beat Chicago or Nashville without him. If it goes 7 games and the Canucks win Tim Thomas could still get the award if the next three games are in the 2-1 1-0 range.
