We have now reached the 100 + registered Australian membersThe proposal was that when we reached 100 each Australian member could submit their name into the draw and agree to send one coin to the winner of the draw. Thus the winner could be the recipient of up to 100+ coins. Knowing you lot the only rule is no 1 or Two Cent Pieces unless they are of some value the same for pennys. Let us just agree that the value of the coin has to be one dollar or better. RULESIf you want to be in the draw, the rules are simple. 1- You must have an Australian mailing address. 2- Post your name in this thread 3- You agree you will send a coin with a value of AU$1 or more to the winner of the draw. I will allow names to be posted until 1 December than I will announce the winner and notify each of you where to send your coin. rggoodie aka Richard "catch em doing something right"

OK, I'm in. Are the coins themselves supposed to be Aussie, or does "weird foreign stuff" count as well?
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

Rule # 3 states worth $1 in aussie currency or more - nothing in the rules about where the coin is from. So if you want to donatea an US gold eagle for an Canadian $10 coin- I think any of our members would accept them
