Philately is my other major hobby with covers being a major interest. I'm trying to merge both my numismatic interests and philatelic interests into a single area, Canada.
I also like bowling (170 avg), hiking and freshwater fishing. I do like to saltwater fish since I can do it anytime and don't need a license. Lastly I like to read on interesting topics such as science (teacher)

Stamps and cross-stitch. Those two along with coins tends to keep my slight OCD in check.

Fishing (particularly big game), reading and gardening. I also am in the process of getting a handgun permit for target shooting.

Wow Carl I knew there was something I really liked about you. I've only owned a few recurves and never a longbow. My bows have "training wheels" as tradition guys like to call them. A couple accurate Mathews bows (MQ1s and switchback). That is quite an impressive collection, Is that a Fred Bear grizzly I see in there, that's the recurve I own and shoot on occasion. Do you still get out an chase whitetails Carl?

But have you tried just collecting coins instead of coin collecting? Quote: That is quite an impressive collection, Is that a Fred Bear grizzly I see in there, that's the recurve I own and shoot on occasion. Do you still get out an chase whitetails Carl?
Yes and no unfortuately. Yes it's the Bear Grizzly and no, due to arthritis, not able to do to much outdoors stuff except target shooting in my back yard. Just have to use up all these arrows you know.
