National Park Quarters

Dream on my bank will not order anything for anyone from the Federal Reserve, been there tried that years ago.

My local banks will only order the dollar coins. I live in central Pa and had to buy rolls of Gettysburg quarters. Only found 2 NP in roll searching so far.

The banks are NOT lying to you. After the State Quarters and territories ended in 2009, the Federal reserve announced that they would no longer allow the banks to special order boxes of coins except the President dollars, and they could only be special ordered during the two week period before each one was issued. All other orders for coin would be filled with whatever the local federal Reserve bank has on hand. And orders would be filled with circulated coin first, then what ever the oldest New coin they have is, FIFO First In, First Out. that means that any older stuff that comes back in to the Fed moves back to the head of the line and gets shipped back out before the new stuff.

You don't need to stress ANYMORE about not being able to get the new quarters from your banks !

Since there is no more Satin Finish......you can get your brilliant uncirculated business strike quarters straight from the Mint Sets now !
Crack em' out and put em' right into your Danco !
Each and every denomination delivered right to your door !
Problem solved....no more "searching or trading in the wild" for singles or rolls..... D.O.N.E.

Now, if you're wanting rolls for "error searching", stockpiling, or what have you, then, yeah, that'll be a problem....because no bank can legally specifically order these from the Federal Reserve any longer. "Coin rolling services", yes, but that will not be "consistant" obviously.
They (banks) can get them in from time to time by happenstance, (by just ordering "quarters", sometimes they'll be full rolls of the new ones) but they can't specifically order each and every design any longer.
It's quite different now, compared to the "50 State Qtr." days.....that's finished......gone bye-bye....ka-poot.

And, these Natl. Park quarters are much lower mintages too, so getting BU's in the wild will be much more difficult for many more people.
Expensive two roll sets or even the qtr. sets might be an "only option" for those "stockpiliers" and "error searchers".....but they gotta have deep pockets !

I for one, will only be using the ones which are freed from the Uncirculated Mint Sets, and of course, for the Dansco's, the Proof Sets, and the Silver Proof Sets.
I'll have no real need or desire to "stockpile" BU National Park Quarters. It would just be to fill folders for youngin's for fun, if I do come across them in "the wild". (Which I've not yet decided if I will endure that trial of seeking them out for that or not) ...

I've only seen about three ATB Quarters total. Can't find them anywhere in the area.
