Maybe we should post the modern half commemoratives now? I just picked up the 91-95 WW2 Proof half and the 92 Olympic Proof half.

Coinnut, Feel free to start a commemorative half thread. I have many of them but not a full set as I have decided to not continue collecting copper nickle clad coinage.

So what is a "sticky" thread?

A sticky thread is one that is "stuck" to the top of the forum listing. You may notice that we do not have a lot of sticky threads and some CCF forums have none at all. This is for a good reason; once you get more than one or two, they tend to get ignored and that defeats the purpose. To anyone that really likes any thread, use the forum bookmark feature! You can bookmark a thread or a single post by clicking on the star above each post.

To me, a sticky is a highly valuable thread that you do not want to lose. A valuable place to find information. There is a lot of high caliber information and pictures in this thread. Just my humble opinion.
Also, multiple contributors with good information and pictures. It is almost a complete collection of all Modern $1 commemorative proof coins. It continues to grow and as new commemorative $1 coinage is produced, I think this is a great place to post pictures and information of it.
There are also some of the uncirculated commemorative coins in it. Maybe, that part will take legs also or the UNC may deserve a thread of its own.

If is okay with you, I would like to contribute some of my commemorative halves when you get the thread going. I think a thread of the BU coins would be great also. I am starting to get a fair amount of the BUs. It takes me about 5 to 6 pictures to get one decent one.

I wish I had the luxury of 5 or 6 shots, with film it's the one shot and then I don't know how it will turn out until it's developed. I have been lucky with some of these photos.

What is this "film" stuff you speak about? Just kidding. I take terrible pictures so the digital camera has made it possible for me to take a decent picture, sometimes.
