Looks like this one has been around the block a few times.

Nice even wear with head band fully visible, though worn. Lower hair curl worn into ribbon. Full 'Liberty" and moderate wear in head dress. Few corrosion/verdigris spots on obverse. Reverse looks pretty good. VF-20

Liberty does not appear to be complete enough to make VF20, I'll go with F15

This is a solid F-15. You need more feather detail to get to VF and maybe a diamond showing up in my opinion. It has full Liberty, even though it is weak in some spots, so it is above a VG.

I think it's right on the boarder of Fine-15 and VF-20, could go either way, the lower headband is visible, but the liberty is pretty weak.
